A Long Day.

More snow came along last night - Why I am not suprised?
It is only January 21. We have about 2 and 1/2 more months of winter. I guess the kids will be in school through June.

Anyways, today was Dave's surgery day. This day was a long time coming. He has had shoulder issues since sometime in 2001. Yeah, 10 TEN years. So, finally, he was pursuaded (or nagged) into finally getting the problem dealt with.

We drove in the ice at five thirty this morning. They took him back about six thirty. He got out around 11:30 a.m. I am not even sure.

So, he is in the bed, resting. We are tired and I am feeling a little cranky.

I can't wait until our new room is finished. It seems that the computer is the only place in the house for me to sit. The kids take the living room. Dave is in the bed. I am ready to have the floor finished, the sheetrock hung, and buy my furniture.

Tomorrow, we may go prom dress shopping. That is exciting. But it all depends on the weather.
